The Beach
Bentota has one of the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka, an idyllic place to soak up the sun or to swim in the waves.

Water Sports
Jet skiing, wake boarding, banana boat rides etc. can be done on the Bentota river.

Madu Ganga River Safari
Take a tour by boat through the mangroves and explore the islands in the Madu Ganga River a bird lovers paradise.

Kande Viharaya Aluthgama
A pioneer centre for Buddhist education in Sri Lanka, Kande Viharaya has a number of ancient sculptures, statues and colorful frescoes dating back to the Kandyan era (15th-19th century).

Turtle hatchery
The “Turtle Hatchery Project” in Kosgoda was introduced with the objective to conserve these species and enhance their survival. It is a haven for sea turtles and tortoises where the eggs are gathered and preserved until they are hatched.

Galle Dutch Fort
About 50 kms south of Bentota is the centuries-old Dutch Fort.
It has been beautifully preserved and houses ancient churches, museums and plenty of small shops and restaurants.

Nuwara Eliya
Nuwara Eliya is situated in the Central Mountain Range of Sri Lanka with a cool climate, breathtaking views of valleys, mountains and lots of greenery. it’s hard to imagine that Nuwara Eliya is only 180 Kilometers away from the hot and humid Colombo.Nuwara Eliya, also known as ‘Little’ England’, was the favorite hill station of the British, who tried to create a typical English Village.

Sigiriya Rock
Visit the fortress of the 5th century situated on a gigantic column of rock, rising up 200 meters (660ft) into the sky, which was once a royal palace and is today acclaimed a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site.
